Lifeline for Childhood Cancer Ghana is an NGO based in Accra whose main mission has been to optimise access to good health care to all children affected by cancer in Ghana, thereby ensuring that no child suffers needlessly. This is done by providing support to diagnosed patients and financial support in housing and transport fares. The organisation also provides nutritional, psychosocial and educational support as well as creates awareness to the general public.
Roles of interns include:
Assisting the staff and other stakeholders in organising educational forums for advocacy and creating awareness on various child cancers
Assisting in the day to day administration of the NGO.

*1 Confirm entry conditions with the Ghanaian Embassy of your country. A single entry visa to Ghana currently costs 110 Euro for German citizens. You must apply for visa (tourism visa) to the Ghanaian Embassy of your country ahead of your travel. We will provide you with the documents required from your travel agent (invitation letter/hotel booking, details of Ghanaian host).
